About
Hi, I'm Jean — and I help individuals and organizations align what they promise, what they build, and how they bring it to market.
I started in higher education, where I first began working with complex groups of stakeholders at the intersection of programs, messaging, and student engagement with omni-channel marketing strategies.
From there, I moved into fintech startups like Payce and MeasureOne, where I shifted deeper into business development, product and growth marketing — building go-to-market strategies, refining positioning, and helping early-stage companies translate complex offerings into something clear, compelling, and scalable.
I then brought that experience into a large, complex system at UC Health, leading brand strategy and marketing operations which included communications during a public health crisis — aligning messaging across the brand and multiple business lines and stakeholders when clarity and consistency mattered most.
But the most defining chapter of my work came at The Shift Network.
There, I operated at a different level of integration — working across teams and learning design, program experience, and marketing strategy simultaneously. I led teams of 15+, directed 16–23 campaigns a month, launched new vertical programs and helped scale multiple certification programs to seven-figure launches.
And across every launch, every program, and every team, I saw the same pattern:
It wasn't the best content or the most sophisticated funnel that drove results.
It was alignment — between the transformation being promised, the way the experience was designed, and the story being told about it.
That realization became the foundation for the ALIGN™ Method.
It's not theoretical. It's built from years of working inside organizations — across higher education, startups, enterprise systems, and transformational learning — bringing together brand, product, and marketing into something that actually works.
That's the whole idea behind the ALIGN™ Method. It isn't theory. It's what I've been doing in the room, on the calls, and in the data for years — first as a corporate marketing leader, now as an independent consultant bringing that same rigor to organizations and course creators alike — to translate their deep expertise and products into programs that are not only meaningful, but scalable and high-performing. Let's see what we can discover and do together.
